HOMERUN!!!

We're home. Praise the Lord! Jerry's white count is still not where the doctor wants it to be, but he let us go home. We are so happy to be home. Jerry is still in the neutropenic stage with no immune system, therefore he's still in isolation until his white count comes up. He'll have to go back to Duke Clinic in a week and have another bone marrow biopsy and then the doctor will decide when to do the next chemo.

We are still so blessed. We have such an amazing God! And we are so grateful to our Pastor, our church family, our friends and family for all the support and love.

  8. I am sending you thoughts of Grandma Layman's mashed potatoes and goulash, They always make me feel like home.

I am always thinking about you Jerry. You were one of the few people who came to see us when we moved to Bloomington. I know my dad was so lonely after leaving Evansville. It meant so much to him. I had a bit of a crush on you (yes, I was only 5, and you were my cousin!). Well any way!!

    Love you guys, Kim
