Stuck on Third

We were discouraged this morning as Jerry's white count was back down, but one of the doctors came in and explained that the platelets and other parts of his blood had risen significantly, so the bone marrow is working. She said that this happens sometimes, so for us not to be discouraged.
Praying friends, we do ask that you pray that the white count comes up as needed in order for us to get to head home.

We love you!!

  3. Will continue to pray for all the things you specifically ask for- as well as for those things that you don't!
Hope that you are both in good spirits as the Lord continues to work through you both on this journey.

  4. Dr and Mrs. Rice,

We are praying for you! God is in total control and we are praying for Grace and Mercy with your health situation. You received some positive comments from the doctor but you are still on third base. Maybe God will put a real slugger at bat and he will hit a home run and drive you home to score the run. Keep the faith!

    We love you'all,

  5. Praying for you. This is great news that the bone marrow is working. I praise the Lord that you are at Duke and making progress. Slow baby steps but progress! God is so good and I know He will pull you through. Hope you have a good sleep. I love you both. Mary
